कोरोनाविरुद्ध चिनियाँ प्रतिराेधप्रति ऐक्यबद्धता

काठमाडौं, १८ माघ । नेपाल मजदुर किसान पार्टीका अध्यक्ष नारायणमान बिजुक्छेंले चिनियां कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीका महासचिव एवं चीनका राष्ट्रपति सी चिनफिङलाई जनवादी गणतन्त्र चीनले कोरोना भाइरसको संक्रमणविरुद्ध गरिरहेको प्रतिरोधको सफलताको कामना गर्दै ऐक्यबद्धता पत्र पठाउनुभएको छ । उहांले कोरोना भाइरसको महामारीको प्रतिरोधमा चीन सरकार, चिनियां कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी र चिनियां जनताको एकताको प्रशंसा गर्दै नेमकिपा चीन र चिनियां जनताको पक्षमा कटिबद्ध रहेको बताउनुभएको छ । पत्रको पूर्ण पाठ प्रस्तुत छः

केही हप्ता अगाडि चीनको हुपेइ प्रान्तको उहानमा देखिएको नोवेल कोरोना भाइरस सङ्क्रमण हाल चीनका विभिन्न भू–भागमा फैलिएको र जनजीवन प्रभावित भइरहेको खबरले हामीलाई चिन्तित बनाएको छ । कोरोना भाइरसको व्यापक सङ्क्रमणका कारण आजको दिनसम्ममा दुई सयजनाभन्दा बढीको मृत्यु भइसकेको र दश हजारभन्दा बढीमा सङ्क्रमण देखिएको र सङ्ख्या बढ्दै गइरहेबाट स्थितिको जटिलता एवम् गम्भीरता हामी अनुभव गर्न सक्छौं । चिनियां जनताको अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण वसन्त पर्व तथा नयां वर्षकै बेला आइलागेको यो विपत्तिबाट चिनियां जनतामा पुग्न गएको चोट र अप्ठ्यारो हामी महसुस गर्न सक्छौं ।
विपत्तिको यो समयमा नेपाली जनता र नेमकिपाका समस्त नेता, कार्यकर्ता तथा समर्थकको तर्फबाट महामहिमज्यू, चिनियां कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी, चिनियां जनता र चीन सरकारप्रति हार्दिक सहानुभूति प्रकट गर्दै सदाझैं सद्भाव व्यक्त गर्दछौं । यो सड्ढट तथा चुनौतीको घडीमा महामहिमज्यूको नेतृत्वमा सिड्डो चीन र चिनियाँ जनता एक ढिक्का भई धैर्य, साहस र होशियारीका साथ समस्या समाधानमा जुटिरहेको समाचारले सबैलाई उत्साहित बनाएको छ । सङ्क्रमणको रोकथाम तथा नियन्त्रण कार्यमा शीघ्र सफलता मिलोस् भन्ने कामना गर्दछौं ।
साथै यो प्रकोप नियन्त्रण गर्न, सङ्क्रमित जनताको स्वास्थ्य उपचार तथा आवश्यक बन्दोबस्त गर्न र क्षति न्यूनीकरण गर्न चिनियां कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी र चिनियां सरकारले देखाएको तत्परता र उच्च सतर्कताको सारा विश्व सराहना गर्दैछ । स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको व्यापक परिचालन, जनशक्ति तथा प्रविधिको व्यापक उपयोग, वैज्ञानिक अनुसन्धान कार्यमा तीव्रता तथा हप्ता दिनमा अस्पताल निर्माण गरी कोरोना भाइरस सङ्क्रमित जनताको सेवा तथा उपचारमा चिनियां सरकारले गरेको अगुवाइ तथा जिम्मेवारीपूर्ण कार्यको जति प्रशंसा गरेपनि कम हुनेछ ।
सङ्क्रमणबाट अत्यन्त प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा अस्पताल निर्माण कार्य तीव्र गतिमा जारी रहेको र रोगीहरूलाई विशेष स्वास्थ्य सेवा दिइने खबरले अत्यन्त सकारात्मक सन्देश प्रवाह गर्दैछ । विश्वको निम्ति यो प्रेरणादायी तथा अनुकरणीय विषय हो । जनस्वास्थ्य सेवाको क्षेत्रमा यो विरलै पाइने एक उदाहरण या सफलता हो ।
विगतमा झैं यो व्यापक सङ्क्रमणमाथि पनि विजय हासिल गर्न चीनलाई सफलता मिल्ने कुरामा हामी विश्वस्त छौं । यो सफलता केवल चिनियां जनताको निम्ति मात्र महत्वपूर्ण नभई विश्व स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रको निम्तिसमेत उतिकै महत्वपूर्ण छ । यो सम्वेदनशील घडीमा सबैको साझा प्रयास, हातेमालो तथा अगुवाइको अपेक्षा गर्दछौं ।
साथै चीनमा वसोवास गर्दै आएका र रहेका नेपाली एवम् विभिन्न देशका नागरिकहरूको निम्ति चीन सरकारले यथोचित बन्दोवस्त गरिरहेको समेत विश्वास व्यक्त गर्दछौं ।

Your Excellency,
We would like to express our serious concern over the epidemic of the Novel Corona Virus originated from Wuhan of Hubei Province few weeks before. We are saddened to hear that the Corona Virus related cases are seen in various parts of China and have affected regular life of Chinese people. We can feel the complications and seriousness of the epidemic as more than 200 people have died and more than 10 thousand people are infected by the virus and is still spreading. Amidst the joyful Chinese New Year and the Spring festival, the unexpected hardship hit Chinese society, is quite understandable.

We, on behalf of Nepalese People and all the leaders, cadres and well-wishers of Nepal Workers & Peasants’ Party (NWPP), would like to extend our hearty solidarity and warm wishes towards your Excellency, the Chinese Communist Party, Chinese people and the Chinese government who are tirelessly fighting against the sudden calamity.
We highly appreciate the single-hearted unity, patience, courage and cautions showen by Chinese people and China under your Excellency’s leadership combating the collective sufferings and challenges. We hope the epidemic will be under control soon.
The whole world is quite impressed by the prompt actions, dedicated initiatives and high alert the CPC and the Chinese government have shown to control the virus outbreak, curing and  caring of virus-infected people and, mitigating  further damages.  No word of appreciation could suffice for the immediate wide mobilization of health workers, optimum utilization of capable manpower and technology, intensification of scientific researches and installation of preventive hospital within a week to serve and cure corona virus-infected people and check the probable spreading.

Rapid construction of hospitals in the severely affected regions has spread positive message throughout the world. It is indeed an inspiring humanitarian task. It is a rare example and success ever marked or achieved in public health sector. We are confirmed that China will gain victory on this epidemic as China did previously. Victory on the fatal corona virus is a must not only for the Chinese people rather it’s important for the entire world health sector. Standing on this critical time, we hope for common effort, sincere cooperation and joint initiation.
At the time, we do believe that the Chinese government has been applying every effort for the necessary assistance for all the Nepalese citizens and the citizens from various countries residing in different parts of China.
